Gua Sha （刮痧） is a modality used across Asia both in the clinic or home and now in the West. It is a traditional Chinese Medical treatment (TCM) which the skin is scraped to produce light bruising. Practitioners believe gua sha releases unhealthy elements from injured areas and stimulates blood flow and healing.

Gua Sha on the eye is new lesson for me. Ms. JoJo, The beautician of Total Perfection explained further the difference between Gua and Sha. Gua (刮) is the action of brushing lightly on skin.  Sha (痧) is let the unhealthy elements to display on the skin surface. This treatment only focus on "Gua".

Gua action can help to massage the lymph nodes around the eyes area. Thus, blood circulation around eye area improve.

    Recently, my friend, Salwa is guiding me this Malay statement. A mother can take care of 10 children. But, can the 10 children take good care of a mother.  Thanks to Wecomed Skin Centre, I got the invitation to give a great skin treatment for my mother.

    Steps 5: Perfect Mask
    Moisturizing mask  is applied for 10 minutes at the resting area.

    4) After applied mask, beautician will guide you on some basic skin care knowledge
    5) Applied sun block before stepping out. Now, you have "brand new" and clean face.

    Kim invited to me to try out a morning supplement drink.

    At first, pink give me the impression of strawberry flavour. It is not. The pink colour is the natural colour of beetroot.

    Beetroot is a dark red vegetable with an acquired taste which has had a lot of coverage in the news. It has been linked with better stamina, improved blood flood and lower blood pressure.

    My dad and I been drinking Emgrain for 2 weeks. At first, my dad was quite reluctant to drink. Pink is not his colour. Luckily, beet root has the natural sweetness. Dad can has a cup of healthy drink in the morning. After 1 week of drinking, my dad pick up the habit.

    My dad has lactose intolerance. The drink did not contain milk ingredient. This really good for elder that can't take milk. Currently, my dad's blood pressure is under control. I not very sure with the cholesterol level. However, dad is less tired for the past 2 weeks.

    这次的摄影计划， 真的很特别。 Eryn写完脚本后， 我看了一篇。 每个角色都很挑战性。 就是因为挑战， 我选了对我而言是“不可能任务”。 性感。

    天啊！我从小到大， 我的脸都是这样的可爱。 （不好意识！， 本人有点厚脸皮）。O.O
    要化身成“性感女神” 。。。。 根本是比爬林明山还要难。 (讲真的， 林明山不难爬啦)

    感谢各位柔佛博客的极力帮忙。 把我从一个和“性感”没有关系， 一丁点都没有， 不可能的任务。。。改造成 “认不出”的乐乐。 拍照的pose一点都不难。 挑战的事件是一罗罗。 是什麽呢？ 化妆

    生平第一次画这样的艳妆。 真的可以说是 “一鸣惊人”。 不是惊了博客们， 朋友们， 家人们。 您知道谁吓到最够力吗？ 乐乐被自己吓到了。 天啊！ 镜子里的人哪里可能是乐乐？ 要晕了。

    Jennifer的右小指有一个小海绵。 这小海绵是为了防止妆花了。 乐乐没有试过这样专业的化妆。当海绵在我脸上时， 我不自觉的会撇着呼吸。 然后出事了。。。 Jennifer 在帮乐乐画眼影时， 海绵在我的鼻子上太长时间。 乐乐快断气了。
    只好推开Jennifer的手， 大口大口呼吸。
    我觉得Jennifer, Eryn 和 公主快要笑死了。

    还有两件事弄得Jennifer啼笑皆非

    1） 粘双眼皮胶纸
    乐乐天生是双眼皮。 乐乐很不明白为什么还要粘？ 我死命的眨眼， 让Jennifer看到我美丽的双眼皮。
    Failed. 失败了。。。 为了那重量级的眼睫毛， 乐乐还是粘双眼皮胶纸。

    2） 粘眼睫毛

    你有没有看过一个泰国广告。 广告中的女生有一个很厉害的眼睫毛。
    乐乐的假睫毛也是很重。我体验到“眼皮千斤重”的滋味了。 有点难开眼睛。 真的是很佩服每天粘眼睫毛的女生.
